We automatically collate all your organisations orders and deliver one consolidated order at the same time every day. So we’ve eliminated that job which nobody wants ... making and sending the company lunch list.
Manna Groups is used by Companies and Schools who have an obligation to provide meals for pupils and staff on a daily basis, but without hassle and expense of providing and operating canteen facilities.

When 'Group Ordering' is enabled for your organisation ...
- Manna sets up a dedicated microsite for your organisation's lunch service.
- All your staff register online for the daily lunch service. All we need is their name and email address.
- Users receive an email reminder each day to place their lunch order. Everyone places their own order so there is no need for anyone to compile and fax the company lunch list. We email a copy of your lunch automatically to a nominated person within your company each day.
- Of course we deliver great tasting soups, salads and sandwiches on time every time. Each order is individually packed and labelled with an employee’s name.
- Manna can do multi-drop deliveries if your company occupies several buildings/ floors within an office park. (Details of an employee’s location are captured at point of registration).
- At the end of the week, we bill your company by email. If your company provides a subsidised lunch service, Manna can provide a weekly listing of orders by employee in xls format which can be used by the payroll department for processing payroll deductions. We can also automatically control your budget limits on individual lunch order values.
